Cindy Polk and her Horse Farms and Country Homes team of Brandy Greenwell and David O’Flaherty have recently moved to TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. Cindy and her team have a well established local business skillfully representing buyers and sellers with their country property transactions.
Raised and educated in Virginia, having spent the majority of their lives in close proximity to Middleburg, the team has an intimate knowledge of the local flavors and an exceptional understanding of the real estate market. Country living is a way of life for this talented trio, and they can be found everywhere from on the tractor to mucking stalls to community events and black tie affairs.
Cindy, a graduate of Hill School, Foxcroft and The University of Virginia, has been a top producing Realtor locally for over a dozen years and branded her Horse Farms and Country Homes to guide clients through the process of buying and selling country properties. She has a deep love for the countryside and is dedicated to promoting and protecting our special landscape and rural lifestyle. Cindy and her husband and team member David O’Flaherty live on a farm in Middleburg where they enjoy raising free range children and chickens, keeping bees, gardening and breeding sport horses and ponies.
Brandy Greenwell joined Horse Farms and Country Homes in 2014 from a long career in local retail management and outside sales. She lives in Middleburg on a family compound farm with her husband, parents, dogs, and horses. A third generation horseman, most recently breeding and showing Irish Draught horses has been a family affair for 20 + years. Brandy enjoys fox hunting with Middleburg Hunt and shooting sporting clays with a local, ladies shooting group that she co-founded.
David O’Flaherty has been a realtor and professional horseman, being equally as well respected in both fields from Florida to Virginia. In addition to real estate, he manages the family horses with a special affinity for bringing along confidant young athletes. A hands-on horseman, David understands the importance of good pasture and sensible farm and barn design and layout for both safety and convenience.
The team has a collective and obvious passion for horses, farm life, land conservancy, and local preservation and they are thrilled to continue providing the highest level of service under the powerhouse, TTR Sotheby’s International Realty brand.
